4-6 ice cube
40 ml Needle Rosé Gin

30 ml Monin strawberry purée
150 ml Ginger Beer
Strawberry for garnish

Preparation

1.

Place the ice cubes in a mixing glass.

2.

Add Needle Rosé Gin.

3.

Pour in a generous dash of Monin strawberry puree.

4.

Stir cold until everything is well combined.

5.

Strain into a glass.

6.

Top up with ginger beer and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
