Needle is based on a classic gin recipe with juniper at its heart.

It is complemented by carefully balanced botanicals:

  • Lavender brings a floral note
  • Ginger provides a subtle spiciness
  • Lemons and oranges add fresh citrus accents
  • Allspice and cinnamon give the gin additional spice and depth

However, Needle gets its unmistakable character from a special ingredient:
Hand-picked young spruce shoots from the Black Forest.

They are added during the distillation process and provide the spicy, woody aroma that characterizes Needle.

Distilled in the gentle Single-batch process. Each batch is tested individually before only selected distillates are bottled.
